Video Mapping RE:ZITATION at Schloss Neu-Augustusburg
Xenorama is an interdisciplinary Studio for Audiovisual Art, Digital Design and Creative Research.
We combine our technological expertise with an artistic curiosity in the fields of media art, projection mapping, experimental animation, mixed reality, musical composition and sound art. Therefore we focus on urban and spatial experiences, interactive installations and media performances. By fusing light, video, sound and code we examine the boundaries between the perception and the imaginary.
Our studios are located in the German cities of Potsdam and Bremen, yet we feel at home and well connected to many other places. Our projects have been awarded and exhibited worldwide.

Through self-initiated or commissioned media art projects we explore the possibilites of new technologies to create magical experiences, blurring the borders between the real and the virtual. We are interested in audio-visual projections, installations and performances that are site- or object-specific and enable an interactive dialogue with its context.
We use our knowledge of design processes and strategic thinking to communicate in new and innovative ways by using creative technologies. Ranging from 3D video mapping on architecture for large audiences , over sculptures augmented by Mixed Reality, to exhibition and brand design for intimate encounters: We are a reliable partner from the first idea to the final result.
We are aware of our role in shaping a world increasingly influenced by digital technolgies in general, and audio-visual media in particular. Therefore we are actively partaking in contemporary discourses on Mixed Reality and Art in Context through artistic and scientific research, technical and conceptual experiments, collaborations, workshops and talks.
