Under the theme of DIFFUSIONS, the PACE FESTIVAL 2024 dedicated itself to the dissolution of rigid boundaries. Diffusions are the unraveling of borders, where the essence of one merges with another. It’s the spreading of ideas, emotions, and elements, blending into new forms and meanings. In chemistry, it’s the mingling of molecules; in society, it’s the exchange of cultures and thoughts. Diffusion is the process by which worlds intersect and dissolve, where the familiar transforms into something new. It’s the force that bridges divides, reshaping everything it touches.
